I recommend brides have a consultation/trial 2 to 3 months prior to the wedding date. At your trial it is best to have your tiara or any hair ornaments and veil you will be wearing at this time so you can see the exact finished look, but don't worry if you don't have them. All in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue.
